Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Town of Cochrane’s Canadian Polar Bear Habitat store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

THE TOWN OF COCHRANE uses a third-party application called “Digital Downloads” to complete online digital purchases. This application allows for the immediate release of your online purchase. Please refer to the TOWN OF COCHRANE Terms and Conditions Policy and Privacy Policy for more information on third parties.

An email with the purchased download(s) will be sent shortly after the payment transaction has been processed. Please remember to check Spam and Junk folders if you do not receive your purchase. If you have not received your download within 24 hours please contact the owner by replying to the order confirmation email or through the contact page at www.The Town of Cochrane.com if no email was sent.

Items for purchase may be shipped from one of a number of different locations.  In stock items are shipped from Cochrane, ON Canada.  Third party fulfilment such as print on demand items are shipped from the manufacturer’s location directly to the customer.  Each location is governed by a separate shipping policy that is unique to that location.  For more information about specific products, please contact a store representative at customercare@polarbearhabitat.ca.

Shipment processing time for in stock items: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. THE TOWN OF COCHRANE is not responsible for delays due to labour disputes, strikes or work slowdowns. If such a situation arises, THE TOWN OF COCHRANE will investigate alternative shipping methods. All viable shipping alternatives will be considered. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to events outside the control of THE TOWN OF COCHRANE such as the recent COVID-19 Pandemic event.

Shipping Support: THE TOWN OF COCHRANE ships to physical addresses within Canada. THE TOWN OF COCHRANE will not ship to P.O. boxes unless you reside in a mandatory P.O. box location. If this is the case, please ensure that a physical address is entered along with the P.O. box.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

THE TOWN OF COCHRANE is not responsible for any fees/taxes applied to your order at the time of delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  Please refer to the duties and customs rules for your country before making a purchase. 

THE TOWN OF COCHRANE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Any location outside of Canada is considered International Shipping. The International Shipping policy is covered by the Domestic Shipping Policy and the following. International Shipping costs are higher than Domestic so please note that this is a Canadian based company.

IMPORTANT: THE TOWN OF COCHRANE cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties re charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We currently do not ship in stock items outside of Canada or the U.S. Any customers who reside outside of Canada or the U.S. that wish to purchase a physical product from THE TOWN OF COCHRANE are encouraged to email the a store representative at customercare@polarbearhabitat.ca to discuss viable shipping options prior to any purchase.

Most third-party fulfillment centres require between 2-7 days to process orders and to create a custom product.  Shipping times depend on location and shipping service as per below.

Products purchased from Teelaunch ship from multiple locations world wide and automatically calculates shipping rates based on the customer's location and nearest manufacturing facility. Depending on the product they use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia. Please allow an average of 10 days for shipping.

Expected delivery times for products purchased from Printful are 2-5 US/UK, 3-8 Canada/Europe and 8-14 worldwide.  Depending on the product they use either USPS, DHL,FedEx, dpd or Latvijas Past.

Products from Beeoux produces premium pendants within 3 – 5 workdays. This product is fulfilled from both fulfilment centers and therefore ships from Houston (US orders) and Frankfurt (International orders).


Please do not return third-party fulfillment items to the Cochrane location.  Please contact a representative at customercare@polarbearhabitat.ca so they can reach out to the third party for instructions.  Please make sure to have pictures of the product and original packaging as discovered.
